Hartlepool Cricket Club

The Monkeys is one of the Cricket Club’s entry levels to cricket at Park Drive. The other is All Stars Cricket.

They Monkeys group is organised in such a way to introduce children to cricket, with the focus being on Year 1 to Year 2 children.

Skills are taught and games are played using a softball. The aim is to work on hand-eye co-ordination and for the Monkeys to enjoy the sessions!

During the Summer months of April to September training takes place on a Friday evening at Park Drive from 5.30pm to about 6.30pm. During February and March indoor training takes place at High Tunstall College of Science.
